MAN CITY THRASHES UNITED 6-3
Manchester City beat Man United in what was an Etihad mauling this afternoon. City started the game strong by attacking from the first minute whereby they made 5 attempts on goal within the first 10 minutes.
They opened the scores with a left footed goal from Phil Foden in the 4th minute. Erling Haaland scored a brace in the 34th and 37th minutes of the match while foden in the 44th minute thanks to an assist by Haaland.
The second half started quite sloppy from the Cityzens with Man United's Antony capitalizing from this to net his first derby goal.
City continued with their scoring spree with Haaland and Foden completing their hatricks to take the score to 6-1. However the match would not end this way with Antony Martial scoring a double to put the match at 6-3. Erling Haaland was named man of the match after contributing 5 goals.
Today's goals means Haaland is top scorer in Europe with 17 goals and Kevin deBruyne the top assister with 10 assists.
